Survived the First Aid seminar. Unfortunately it was clear it would be a waste of time when the chairs were set out like this:

I knew that this would be a day of phrases like "Let's go around and introduce ourselves" and "Now we're going to have a group activity", and behold, it was.

I also surmised that I probably wasn't going to learn anything useful, and behold, I didn't.

Just got an "evaluation form" from work for this course. I've been caught this way last time so just ticked "good" for everything and "No suggestions for improvement".

Looks like a wet day in prospect.
Parking chaos on Main St just got even worse.
Yesterday I could not park anywhere near the chemist shop to collect a massive dose of antibiotic I have for a week so just stuck up my blue badge and double parked.
Argyll & Bute Council have decided that now is a good time to renew the seafront railings and raise some flood defences so about 20 parking spaces have been fenced off at the busiest time of the year.
Could be malicious rather than stupidity as they are annoyed that residents resist parking charges which they have been trying to impose for some time now. I was not in favour of parking charges tho' they did not really affect me but I have now changed my mind on this due to the overcrowding and free overnight parking of motorhomes.

Good morning from a warm but partly cloudy Suffolk. First cuppa of the day done and breakfast will be combined with elevensies and lunch as I'm not hungry today for some reason. The bedding is the next thing to be done and, if I stick the old stuff on a quick wash, it should be on the line before I got out for a bit later and dry by the time I get back.

Turning into a nice sunny day with just right about of breeze to make it warm but comfortable. 1st lot of washing is almost done and soon be on the line. But 1st Charlie needs is his afternoon run around. Before all that think a is called for.
