That was a bit of a let down - a fair few rumbles of thunder, but all the heavy rain went to the south and all we got was a bit of light rain. Although with the sun setting there was a very high arched rainbow which was quite impressive.

Tomato, mozzarella, basil & avocado salad with bread & butter this evening.

I won't be buying the Tesco "Creamfields" mozzarella anymore. It tastes fine, but really, I didn't realise that mozzarella was intended to be pourable. The last one I had, I noticed was a bit looser than it used to be, but this is taking the piss.

My parents get me to do this every so often for them and then for a week afterwards I keep getting asked to move either the TV stand and or chairs as one of them will claim things are in a different place even though all back and sitting in the same dents in the carpet
