A warm day here chez Casa Reynard, but it's gone horribly dark.
Bum parked in front of the TV watching the ToB.
Had homemade pizza (using some stale focaccia as a base) and some fruit for luncheon.
Still tired and wheezy.

It's a third qualifying ride for this year's national hillclimb, so does have a purpose. But the Spindata prediction system thinks I'll be almost last!
My final planned qualifier is next Sunday up Cragg Vale.

In the "break" in the first half, one player had a bag of ice cubes on the back of his neck. Would that make you feel hotter, as the body detects the cold and then tries to warm you up?

A slight spit of rain but it never really came to anything.
Got out for a short walk and ate a lot of brambles which were nice and juicy and above dog pee height.
Sat on the bench by the marina and had a chat with old pals. A poly bag is handy to carry as the seat was a bit damp so used that to sit on.
Ordered a new washing machine from Argos but delivery is not supposed to be for about 10 days time. This creates complications with an appointment to get bloods done at the surgery. The last thing I ordered came early so just need to wait and see what appears and when.
A long fight to actually get through the system for payment. You would almost imagine they do not really want the business as I was on the point of giving up but persisted and eventually got sorted.
