Fabulous supper of homemade salmon en croute with basil & walnut pesto, tabbouleh and steamed, buttered savoy cabbage, followed by a slice of apple*, quince and ginger pie.

The apples were a mix of Cockett's Red and Huntington Codling, both from the community orchard. As was the quince pear that I lobbed in there too.

It looks like the bottom left hand corner has a sort of gap to allow for that, but I could not make it work.
