A mid afternoon trip to see my sister meant that I got home a bit late to do the 'long' walk I've taken to doing on a Sunday, so made do with a 5 1/2 mile loop with all but a mile of it being on footpaths & bridleways rather than pavement. My shoes don't half need a clean after that.

I was thinking that archaeologists in the future won't find much due to all the recycling that we do.

Sounds stormy here but will venture out for a walk soon. I had hoped to go for my first long ride of the year but probably not not in that wind.
