A bit of reverse fettling when I got home this afternoon - I took apart a solar powered shed light that stopped working some time ago to see whether it took a rechargable battery such as an AA or AAA that could be replaced. This is what I found, never seen one of these before.

I've repaired the strap on my Favre Leuba watch, which means I can wear it again. How long it'll last I don't know as age hasn't been kind to it, but I do have some lovely tan leather in my stash of fabrics etc, so I may even have a go at making a new strap. I do have all of my dad's leather working tools.

I am currently eating a rice and broccoli stuffed chicken breast from Aldi. Rather good, I must say.

It's Vet & Jab Day for Bonnie today.
She must know summat's going on as she hasn't eaten her breakfast so her tablet had to be squashed into ½ a sausage (that she's never known to turn down! 😂)

My Ama zon package that was being delivered to the local Post Office yesterday failed to get there as the courier arrived there after 19:30.
