Hazy sunshine so far today.
Don’t feel like taking the trike out as my legs still ache after my last trip where I met some hills I thought were going to defeat me. One the penalties of living near the top of a hill but nothing level without the pain of climbing.
Better to take up birdwatching looking for rare visitors.

It has really clouded over and looks like rain is imminent.

I might go for a coastal walk a bit later anyway. I've decided on riding every second day only until I get properly fit again.

I did about 180 miles last week, my most in a very long time, although only last night's ride was fast(ish). (By my standards.) The others were leisurely.

Sent mine late last night; prices fall today. Keep on taking a screenshot of my ticket on the bus company's app, just 1 of a bundle of 10 day tickets left which they claim to have moved to a new app but have not. The old app was said not to work after the end of the month but is still working this morning.

I'm on a fixed tariff until September so it wouldn't have made any difference doing it yesterday.

Good morning from a bright & sunny Suffolk, although it does look to be a bit breezy. Another lie in listening to the radio with a decent mug of coffee (:hello: @MikeG) and catching up with the news.

As it's a public holiday, I'm not going to go anywhere where the day trippers may congregate, so a couple of hours out on the bike later on will be the extent of my activities. This evening will be spent catching up on the British GT races from Oulton Park and the racing from Brands.

I feel inexplicably tired today. That 25 hour day seems to have taken it out of me.

Wasn't Sunday only 23 hours?

Grumblin at Garmin on the Granny Gear
Took the golden opportunity to give the lawn a cut this morning as it was DRY !!!,,,🤣
I also hosed down the path and the white washed out buildings to get the winter grime of them.Suprised by how much brighter they look now

Someone told me that we were going to get a few days dry weather, so I was hoping to have the lawns dry enough to mow. However, they were lying & today is wet!
