Busy kind of day, today, doing odds & ends plus stuff in the garden..
Tomorrow will start off with a trip to the tip in Brixworth.

IIRC, a Spanish omelette should have potato and onion.

Mind you, quite a few cuisines have an egg-and-random-vegetables etc thing. Italian frittata, Japanese okonomiyaki and omurice...

when we were kids our Mother would make a thing in a big frying pan. scrambled eggs, sliced potatoes that I think were fried in the same pan, prior. & some veggies. we ate it w/ salt & ketchup like a pie

last night Wifey & I went to an Irish pub for beer & dinner. watched the bartender mix up some "house shots" so we tried those as well. yummy. she had a veggie burger & I had fried clams, fresh from Ipswich, part of what we call the North Shore in Massachusetts

Time to put the writing away and head (back) to bed via a nice hot bath.
