8 have still got a bit of a headache lingering in the background. I had a pain in the back of my right eye in the night. I will be glad when this endoscope is over and I can go back onto my blood thinners. I have my scope tomorrow but I will have to be watched over for 24 hours afterwards.

If it's any consolation, my recent experience was a lot easier than I expected
Whilst it was not a "walk in the park" it was way less bad than I dreaded.
The laxative covers all the worst schoolboy jokes from bicycle clips to not sneezing.
The boring food and fasting was the toughest bit.
The 24 hour thing is just a settee parking permit and having the TV remote.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's yet another bright and sunny start to the day. Coffee has been had and the washing machine is dealing with a load of towels which should dry nicely in what looks to be a strong breeze looking at the trees the other side of the rail line.
After yesterday's fun in the Cambridgeshire countryside and the tribulations of getting home, I think a quiet day is called for - a little bit of food shopping for the rest of the week and possibly a ride round to see mum.

My wife complained to the telly peeps about the Lynx advert on the TV where a dog attacks a man in a house. The standards peeps turned down the complaint as they said that it was supposed to be a man dressed up as a dog. My answer to that is b******s ! I think the advert is carp anyway!
