I've suddenly got £4.08 in my LNER Perks account - I guess they've only just got round to adding all the trips I've had with them for the past couple of months. Just got to wait until they finally put the tickets on sale for a return leg in late August to use it.

And not long after typing that, LNER updated their ticket availability. Leeds to Felixstowe on a Saturday for just under £12.50 with the Perks credit & railcard or the equivalent of two gallons (100 miles) of diesel.

All the domestics I can be bothered with have been completed and I've just finished coffee number 2 of the day. With the back door open on a warm & breezy day, I'm hoping the kitchen floor will dry quickly after being steam mopped so I can get to the bike shed and get out for a short ride and pick up a father's day card and a loaf of bread while I'm out.

Yes, I thought they were poisonous, and could not fathom why my phosphate being low would be a problem. I asked the other nurse with me, if organo phosphates in sheep dip were the same, and she said no.

It's got very humid round here despite the continuing breeze. Dripping with sweat just cutting what passes for grass in the garden.
I think I'm just going to make a very cold drink and sit in the shade with a magazine and the radio for a while.
