It was far better with the previous provider, think it was O2 but EE has appalling coverage. Local neighbourhood forums are full of people finding EE is be pure hype and little substance.

EE seem to be more concerned about trying to sell their "customers" something rather than customer service these days.

And not long after typing that, LNER updated their ticket availability. Leeds to Felixstowe on a Saturday for just under £12.50 with the Perks credit & railcard or the equivalent of two gallons (100 miles) of diesel.

What price the ticket to Leeds!

It's got very humid round here despite the continuing breeze. Dripping with sweat just cutting what passes for grass in the garden.
I think I'm just going to make a very cold drink and sit in the shade with a magazine and the radio for a while.

Turned out to be a dry day, predicted afternoon showers never turned up.
Cooler than yesterday so chicken and ham bake with the remainder of the salad bag opened yesterday was appropriate.

This has been truly one of the wettest days I ever remember. Good to see summer is going well.

I'm just going to have a relaxing evening and an early night. Tomorrow the last day of work for two whole weeks. 🥳
