Great day,large bar of chocolate,£10 coffee card,Charlotte made a massive Tiramasu my fave puddin.Two more portions for me.Plus a dark stout later on,plus Dan and Charlotte washed up.it was six for dinner so plenty to wash up.

I spent over an hour yesterday clearing this lot out of the shredder. It's only half-filled the bin since I got it, so I think it would probably have been quicker to shred stuff by hand so far.

It's an increasingly warm and sunny day here chez Casa Reynard.

Did not sleep well thanks to being hot and sweaty and my back being owie. I had to keep getting up in order to stretch. Not sure what I've done to myself there. As a result, I ended up following more of the Le Mans 24 hours than initially intended.

An intriguing race, though all the cars I was following - except for the Jota Cadillacs - had absolute stinkers. Four of them didn't finish and two of them were strangely off-the-pace.

Having a quiet afternoon prior to the Canadian GP, though I do have to go and water my planters and go to the utility room for a packet of bread rolls and some breakfast cereal.
