Morning.
We went to our local auction house yesterday. They were holding a BBC Children in Need auction. They had 3 of the Bargain Hunt team there along with 4 stand up comedians.
I was only there to see if I could get a flute.
It turned out to be a good laugh but a bit expensive. My wife decided to get into the swing of things and support Children in Need. She decided to bid on a period flapper dress once worn by Natasha Raskin Sharp. I was doing the bidding! Natasha was all excited that her dress had made money but you should have seen her excited face change to shock when she saw the 70 year old balding grey haired bearded gent her dress was going to.

Morning all, grey still start to today. Spent yesterday afternoon getting the bike ready for today’s ride 🤞 spare tubes will be packed and carried with, really hoping I don’t get another puncture otherwise I’ll have to change my name to ‘Puncture Pete’ :pump:
First cuppa has been built ready for consuming :cuppa:

A belated good morning from Suffolk after a good night's sleep and a lie in listening to the radio. After a grey & cloudy start to the day blue sky is approaching. Coffee has been had.

I still haven't decided what I'm doing today - there's a free to attend multi-stage music event being held in one of Ipswich's largest parks this afternoon which might be worth a wander around even though I've not heard of any of the acts and it's within walking distance of the rail station. The other option is just to have a day slobbed in front of the TV watching events from Silverstone.
Given that they've red flagged the F3 race due to a deluge and it's heading this way I think the latter may be the better option - although the music even is within quick reach of a couple of pubs if the weather does turn...
