Washer primed to go on this morning only for the weather forecast to mention showers
Haven't been any.
Bird seed feeder refilled at lunchtime and now needs topping up again.
Evening Aldi trek, the footway beyond the access to Aldi/B&Q is closed so it looks like serious progress is happening on the Tesco that is being built.
Two bags of salad leaves dated Friday/Saturday, one bottle of squash and a chocolate bar this time I did not leave on the basket.

My freezer has been topped up with a dozen breakfast sausages, a dozen Jones' coarse cut sausages, two dozen smoked back bacon rashers and four beefburgers and I have no change from £50! All I can say is that having had all of these before, it's well worth the outlay for the taste and the sausages are huge at around 100g each.

Had to stop and patch a puncture on the way home, but as the thorn was still in the tyre it was a quick find & fix.

There has also just been a very short sharp rain shower that appeared out of nowhere.

Sounds well tasty! Mind you, I too, prefer quality over quantity when it comes to meat, and am happy to spend more where it's warranted.

I took an organic sirloin steak out of the freezer earlier. Looking forward to that.

A thoroughly mundane day. Weather was grey, but warm and stayed dry. Work was the usual nonsense.

I went and did some grocery shopping after work. I paid the extra for brand name beans! Supermarket had two versions of their own brand, one very cheap that seemed to be a tin of sauce with half a dozen beans lurking at the bottom and a more expensive version which had always been very nice, until recently when the label changed and they seem to have re-formulated something as the last few tins were xx( So I gave in and bought Bachelors but price is more than double.

Otherwise, just done some writing and work on my blog and sorted out photos and uploaded them to Flickr did not upload them in chronological order for whatever reason so it needs more sorting

I was expecting to see the Alfa Spider dissolve before my eyes in the torrential rain!
