My working day completed
Rain lasted about 15 minutes now sunshine and breezy

Journey to Nottingham accomplished to collect dad from hospital post replacement hip operation. Looks like 2 days here.
Lack of apples and bananas noted so a different Aldi trex completed which involves unusual things for such like crossing a tram line. Adjacent is a Lidl so that is where the bananas were sourced from.

Back home from a couple of nights in Pitlochry. Travelled by train, stayed in a delightfully old fashioned country house hotel. Enjoyed a fabulous production of the 39 Steps at the Pitlochry Festival Theatre on Sat. Enjoyed a very warm 13 mile walk yesterday. Travelled home this morning, weather has returned to normal temperatures with grey cloud and quite wet this morning. Pleased to see that Pointless has returned.
