Good morning from an occasionally Suffolk. Coffee has been had and a bowl of porridge is about to be nuked for breakfast.

I still haven't decided which bike is to be used today and had better make up my mind soon as the outbound train leaves in less than an hour.

See that's the opposite to me as I rarely have a direction planned before leaving the house

On loops from home I have a general idea where I'm going, but no set route. This is a Diss - Norwich ride and while I know quite a bit of the area, I need a planned route to avoid ending up in Kings Lynn.

Washing machine been on and done it's job washing now relaxing on the whirly gig.
Window cleaner been and gone.
Second cuppa going down well with a slice of toast and lemon curd.

The first tumble dryer I came to had been cleaned of lint and fluff! It's my lucky day.

It’s turned out very pleasant here, a coolish wind with hazy sunshine. Have been out for a little walk, 8 miles over to Balerno, caught the bus home.

I think I'll go and dead-head my petunias once tea has been quaffed.

Feel so much better today. Managed to get a good night's sleep even though woke up in a lake of my own sweat. Nose stopped leaking constantly. Even coughing doesn't feel like breaking ribs each time.
Bliss.
Still nasty stuff. The killer flu I had at 15yo was like walk in a park compared to covid.
