Credit where credit is due - I've had two good customer service experiences recently.
1. Powerbank from INIU - had it 10 months, does a great job of charging phones etc multiple times. Suddenly stopped working when we were camping. Checked Amazon returns, not interested. Contacted INIU, responded fast, please send video of fault. Video sent, response, oh very sorry, three year guarantee, a new one is in the post - arrived a day later.
2. Magicshine lights. Bought a new commuter light, a Hori 1300 - just come on the market. Had it a few weeks. Customer services email, oh, really sorry, but some of the units have a power save problem, stop using it. Oh, what do I do. Response, we'll send you a new updated one - I can keep the existing one !
