Evening cuppa of tea went down with a couple of malted wheat biscuits
WAH disturbed today by DHL with a flat pack small display case which got assembled immediately post WAH once I had got the protective film off the panels.
Ebike found itself locked to a Sainsbury's bike stand whike I made use of a few app offers about to expire plus iced buns. Had a fight with the lock to get it undone so thats going to get oiled in a moment.

A largely grey, blustery but very warm day here chez Casa Reynard.
Sleep was middling at best - a combo of lady issues, stressy crap and simply being over tired. Had a gentle morning, which involved prepping fruit for another crumble.
A luncheon of tea and toast was had. Thence out erranding. Art shop in town was a bust - they had sticky labels, but not the size I wanted. Will go back after the weekend, as I've a cake day gift that needs purchasing. Popped into Savers to re-stock on anti-histamines. Then to Tesco for the tomatoes and root ginger that I forgot on Tuesday, plus a stop at the petrol station to throw £20 of fuel into the car.
Stopped by at the vets on the way home, as Lexi's finally been signed off. I had a tin of biskits for the staff, plus a small gift of a jar of homemade jam and a thank you card each for the vet that did Lexi's op, and the vet that's looked after Lexi pre-and post-surgery.
Had a lovely supper of a wrap filled with jerk chicken, tomato, cucumber & lettuce, plus plum crumble with custard for afters

The afternoon coffee gave me a little energy boost so the car got washed, polished and the interior vacuumed. The washing was then brought in, folded and put away so I sat down for a short rest - and woke up 30 minutes later!

A nice day today, not too hot, not too cold. Penultimate day of the working week completed. I've only five hours to work tomorrow and I will be doing it from home in peace and quiet.

Heat got well into the 30s C, but not as humid, the corn is ripening and does not transpire as much moisture.
