I may not be from Yorkshire but I seem to have developed some local traits thanks to my frequent visits, such as quickly noticing when I've been overcharged. A cash refund was quickly paid, followed by me identifying which beer cost exactly the amount of the refund in order to get rid of the cash (these days I only use electronic payments).
Other than that a very good day out has been had with beer, food and live music.

I haven't fully woken up yet. It was dark grey and gloomy when I first got up at 6.30. it has brightened up a bit now and stopped raining.
We were in a panic! My wife was in in a panic saying that I had missed a cardiology appointment back on the 13th. I couldn't understand it and looked in my diary, nothing noted. Still in a bit of a daze I was wondering what we should do and that it was unusual for us to do such a thing. Then I remembered! We have seen the cardiologist! We had a meeting with him.
Panic over but I still haven't woken up fully.
