Car retrieved from garage after the return walk of this mornings and rather downhill, only 9ft climbed. MOT passed with no advisories
It had a full setvice so still £££. Aldi then shopped and an unusual route home due to the adjacent A59 being one way with still no sign of the roundabout thats being built.
Seed feeder topped up, back doen ti the tio feeding hole and three rock hard Aldi suet balls broken up for the feeding tray.

It's been a lovely, warm and sunny day here chez Casa Reynard.

Slept well, but still feeling run down and fatigued. I had a bit of a choresy morning. No big tasks in particular, but all stuff that needed doing and / or putting away.

Toast, ham and a :cuppa: for luncheon.

An errandy afternoon was had. First task was to go to the plumbing place near Jewson for a service valve. Unfortunately they're trade only, so I'd have to buy a whole pack. Jewson has a couple in, but they're the wrong size and they're the only ones they stock. That said, I came home with some useful info. Not only do I need the right fitting, I also need the right height, as they come in different heights. So I'll have to measure the height of the old one before I try a different plumbing place an / or screwfix.

Second task was a trip to B&M for some waterproof blankets and puppy pads for Madam, as she's been peeing on the bed. Not sure whether it's protest peeing, or whether she can't move quickly enough to get to the litter tray, but the end result is the same. In any case, we're stocked up with supplies now.

She has been happier today now that she's back on pain meds, and spent the whole day out in the garden.

Anyways, time for a :cuppa:

Late afternoon and on a modified, new route borrowed from Komoot.
Komoot does put some tosh up on their site. Total rubbish route through town .

20+ km through the byways But it was after school.
Usual range of mildly disguised fighting vehicles with yummies at the wheel. They might know 57 different shades of nail varnish and have scandalously expensive lip jobs, but they cannot drive for free Lambrusco.
Alternately, stop all the traffic whilst they avoid scratching the paintwork or I get knocked of by their pressure wave.
See two of them meeting head to head then it gets really interesting.

Got cut up by an old git in a mature Mercedes . You could smell the unburned diesel mingled with the emitted oil.
I suggested he might put both hands on the steering wheel and stop playing.

He seemed to resent this and sped off doing his best to ruin the environment single handed
