Good morning from Suffolk where the sun has yet to break through the light grey cloud layer. Coffee has been had.
As it looks to be a whole lot better out there than yesterday, the bike into the boot of the car and off to Cambridge for a ride plan is on again once I've got myself sorted out. A few litres of diesel will need to be put in the car's tank on the way out as it's a 130 mile round trip and the car's computer was showing a maximum range of 160 miles when I got home on Sunday.

That's £75 from Ernie, a flu jab in the left arm, an appointment for a shingles jab, and a bit of shopping from M&S. My runny nose, which dried up a bit yesterday, has gone back into prodigious mode. Unfortunately I'm on the bus and I don't have any tissues with me. Sniffle, sniffle, all the way home...
