Sometimes THE most pleasurable food is the simplest.
Tea time last night, sausage, home made chips and...tons of thick gravy. Liberally soused with salt and vinegar...divine.

Then, a find at our local B&M store...

Good morning from a 5th floor hotel room in mostly cloudy Sheffield where today's view is of Ponds Forge sports centre the other side of the tram line.

The usual post large cooked breakfast rest is being had before I check out. With about an hour and a quarter before my train leaves, there's plenty of time for a walk around.

Not far from 2 very good pubs - The Fat Cat and the Kelham Island Tavern.

A bit early in the day for me. I'm back in Sheffield in just under a couple of weeks time and may sample a couple of the drinks at the Sheffield Tap on the station when I get there rather than go into town on the way to the hotel.

Now stuck at Ipswich station due to yet more train cancellations so that's another delay repay claim made and another free train trip had.
