I normally have a number of “alerts” when I open up Cycle Chat, but none have appeared this morning.
Is this a fault with the site, or have I done something wrong? Any help appreciated.

After leaving the initial parts glued overnight the third storage box assembled without problem but the fourth was a right pain. I can only assume slot and tab laser cutting of wood is subject to a tolerance and get ones at the extemes and they may not readily join. Anyway after some filing the fourth is together and currently weighted down by five heavy bottles of cleaning products.
Lining of the drawers with tissue paper resulted in the double sided tape running out. Sainsbury's visited again. Milk, current personal 99p offer on 2x pints, was a little disappointing with no latest dated advance on Friday.

Sadly the winning bidder on SWMBO's Honda decided they wanted to cancel their bid, then offered half the amount via a message. Reported.

And for @Reynard , who I hope had a good cat day, are these two related? Son no. 1's 'older' cat that he's had for 13 years plus his 'young' cat who's 4 months old and he's had for just 10 days:

I have recently come home from the pub where I met 2 old school friends for a chat.
It has finally stopped raining and we have a clear sky.

After not too bad a day, the weather turned all Yorkshire on me - fairly heavy rain on the way to the venue and a deluge for the mile and a quarter back. I've just peeled my jeans off and hung them on the heater in the hope they'll be dry in the morning, while the shower proof jacket no longer is and may well be left in the hotel bin.

Other than that it's been a very enjoyable evening

On the question of heavy rain, I don't think you've been to Yorkshire when the rain has been heavy.*

*Soaked before you cross the pavement having left the safety/shelter of the door.
