My preferred weather app, Wunderground, wouldn't start up on my mobile this morning.

Guessing it's related to Amazon Web Services failure, affecting many apps, the end of the world is nigh... Meh!

It's a knock-on effect from CycleChat's alert rationing.

I got a like alert but nothing for the next reply. It seems to be a one alert only system and once the alert has been done, that's all there is.

Meanwhile, from rain to sunshine and back to rain. I'm going to have to switch the light back on as it's gone very dark here.
Anything for this?

If you keep turning the light on, yer eyes 'll never get used to lower light levels.

Given that the Yorkshire weather seems to have followed me home, I had a very fast walk from Stowmarket station to the car park and then drove just up the road to Aldi to do the shopping rather than walking there from the station and then on to the car park. As a result of only having to carry heavy stuff across a car park rather than half a mile, I ended up with more than I needed.

Some filthy weather & road conditions from there to this side of Ipswich, not helped by some form of pensioner mobile (Vauxhall?) the same grey colour as the spray doing 45mph in the inside lane with no lights!

A much needed coffee has been had.
