Yes, it would, but by pressing two buttons in sequence, when I put the batteries in, I can change the time to read correctly for UK. Frankfurt tells my clock to change the time by an hour, so it is still correct.

Later today I will alter the clocks on the oven and the microwave.

European time signal clocks sold on the UK are set back an hour, ie an analogue one will default to 11 rather than 12.

I discovered that I lost a rear light on my ride yesterday. It was one of those rubber one with a rubber strap. My brother said that the rubber band might have snapped.

Good morning from a third floor hotel room in mostly sunny Brighton where today's view is of the office block across the road.

A large cooked breakfast followed by a half hour recovery sit down has been had, so it's time to put my shoes on and take the walk up to the train station for the journey home.

I think I might have finally fixed the leak. It has been several hours now and I have been up several times to look for signs and no puddles so far.
I had thought about going for a ride but it is a bit windy and I'm feeling tired

time to start buying the jugs of auto windshield washer fluid, the stuff I make at home, w/ tablets & distilled water, froze overnight. happens every year. then in the Spring I go back to the homemade brew
