Towel found, had eloped in the basket of washing retrieved from outside on Monday which I must sort out.
Re weird computer issues the only solution often is to run regedit and edit the registry
Best left to someone who knows what thet are doing unless you are confident. Must run in on my old laptop looking for the out of date email address and correct them.

Good morning from Suffolk where, in complete contrast to yesterday, it's a lovely sunny start to the day. Coffee has been had.

Nothing to do today except to get out later on and enjoy the conditions. Mudguards may be required as it's still quite damp underfoot after a day of rain.

Went to bed at 11pm, its now gone 2am, not a wink of sleep, doesn't feel.like I'm going to either.

If I did sleep at all, it would have been catnaps between each time I was aware of the time
I remember seeing every nighttime hour, doubt if I got any proper sleep and the wonder is...I have no idea why, just no desire to doze off.
Laid on the sofa now having had 20 mins nap, feel yukky and washed out. Bleuchhh
So the next day (Tuesday i think) tired and washed out as above. I have sinusitis and took some over the counter decongestants on Monday, missed a day Tuesday , took some yesterday...guess what, no sleep last night !!!!
4am this morning it struck me, googled the medication, yep, insomnia

I think ive had 9 hours sleep in three days

I have sent an email to my computer expert. He is happy to visit people at their home to try to fix any problems. His charges are very reasonable, and he is used to people who get into technical problems and have no clue what to do.

Now Outlook on the laptop will not connect to Gmail. Just going round in circles wanting to connect and not being able to. Solution - delete Outlook and use gmail.com.
First "Black Friday" purchase, a new coffee pod machine reduced by £50 to £39.99. Nearly spent that last weekend on a cheaper one. Current one had got slow and very noisy so expecting it to die any day soon.

Today's ride was roughly the same as Tuesday's and started off in bright sunshine and ended up under a layer of grey cloud - it looks like it's going to rain, but there's nothing on the radar. A post ride slice of toast followed by a shower and coffee have been had and I'm about to have an hour on the sofa with this week's Private Eye which was delivered (a day late) while I was out.

Resistance will not be put up if I start to feel the need for a nap.
