DCLane

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Another collection for son no. 2's hopeful house move this afternoon - this time a 'nearly new' washing machine that turned out to be unused, with an ironing board added as a freebie.

There are a few bits left to source (chest of drawers/single wardrobe(s)/hoover/toaster/kettle), but we'll need a big van for his move to Brampton.

A lovely sunny if chilly day here chez Casa Reynard.

Slept well enough, but have been feeling so grotty due to lady issues. I'm sore, crampy and all my joints are really painful. Plus I'm really chesty and snotty for some reason. Did pop out to B&M for cat litter however. Was heaving in town.

Spent the day curled up by the fire listening to various sports on the radio and watching the snooker.

Bleurgh.

Good morning. Tea is being consumed.

The Christmas lights on the outside of my flat were switched on last night.

Glad I took the ebike and panniers today as I picked up a couple of extra bits while out that I wouldn't have had room for with a normal backpack. It also meant that I could scoot past the various queues and that wind was stronger than it looked.

A load of bike clothing has been put on to wash and the timing means that if I doze off during the Grand Prix (as is most likely if the sprint was anything to go by) the loud beeps when it finish should act as an alarm to wake me in time to cook tea.

Did you do an inventory of the washing before you put it in in case it is a Paul Daniels version?
