Two seed feeders and a sunflower heart feeder disassembled and disinfected. Not sure how the seed in one feeder had managed to solidify unless capillary action was involved. Ended up using a magic eraser to shift the smaller seemingly welded pieces. Now all bits are sat in an empty planter drying.
Mobile then spring up with a report of a fruit and veg shortage Not sure how true but a Tesco trek was undertaken 24 hours earlier than planned; £1.09 apples offer having moved there, on Clubcard, along with the 8 Activia yogurt offer which seems to do a constant round of the stores.

Treated mother and swmbo to a garden centre cafe visit earlier and I treated myself to a soya milk hot chocolate which was more like a tepid chocolate drink.

On the way back we spotted our first gambling lambs

I've been feeling cold and tired today . I have had several naps. I might nod off any time soon.

Kids were over for the weekend.Lunchtime they took him for dinner,me and Mrs P went the otherside of Leeds for lunch together,Jino's in Headingley oh my word it is superb food.This afternoon i did eight miles on the turbo,out on the lawn.I am out for brunch tomorrow with my two oldest cycling buddies.Tuesday it is fish and chips,Thursday i am out on my own at Jino's before visiting my old mate Jack with a cheesecake from Aldi for our pudding.Not a bad start to the week,if i say so myself.I do have some days coming up where i am going to be sole care giver and head cook.
