Up early i was awake by 07-15.Not a nice day,very windy.Had breakfast on my own oh the luxury.No nose blowing or sucking of snot.I might just step outside and lightly hoe some weeds,nothing heavy left to do in the garden.Easy peasy today,it's fish and chips lunch.

Good morning from what was a sunny Suffolk, but the cloud has returned bringing a it of a breeze with it. Coffee has been had.
Another day with nothing needing to be done, so I may give the car the long run it needs and do a bit of shopping to get a couple of bulky items and top up the biscuit store while I'm at it.
Shower & shave first.

It depends which hospital. The ones SWMBO is Catering Dietitian for all do.
You're in the wrong hospital. However, hers are for secure mental health / stroke / neurology / sectioned patients - I'd suggest not having a stroke / head injury / getting yourself sectioned just for some toast and tea

planning to treat myself w/ a coffee after this morning's meeting
Some do ,some don't. When Mrs 73 was on the wards at our local hospital the powers that be removed all the wards toasters. Due to too many false call outs. The problem was not the wards, it was the Dr's who kept burning the toast in the Dr's mess. So they then had to waste time phoning down to the kitchen. Shortly later they removed the wards ice machine allng with other wards who had them. Never really explaining why.
