Manchester to Milford Haven - that is the answer to the question "What is the longest rail journey in Britain without an advertised refreshment trolley. That journey takes more than six hours.

An easier question this week - Which railway station in Yorkshire has three names? I think they exclude Heritage railways for the answers.
Goathland?

I'd claim an incorrect answer, as that journey requires a change of trains to make it possible.
Not getting on one train and remaining on it to the other end.

11:30 service is non-change - see below for screenshot of a random day's pick off Trainline.

Don't forget the clocks go forward an hour on the 29th of March which means we will have an hour less of rain on Sunday.

Good morning from a grey skied and fairly chilly Suffolk.

Coffee has been had and a bowl of porridge is about to be nuked ahead of today's away day in Leeds where I'll be having my ears assaulted by Mandy, Indiana at The Brudenell this evening. As this was a slightly late decision and done on a tight budget I'm on the earlier arriving train as it was around £15 cheaper than the one I normally take. At least it will give me more time for a walk around, pick up the 'click & collect' order and have a more leisurely lunch before booking in to the hotel.
