Time to bank the fire for the night and hobble off upstairs to bed via a nice hot bath.

Nunnight one and all xxx :hello:

Morning.
It is brightening up, it was grey and like winter a little while ago.
I am hoping to spray my brother's bike frame today. I am a bit nervous about doing it. It is the way in which I have always approached my jobs. I think in total it will require 8 coats, base silver, green candy and then clear lacquer.
I might be finished by this evening.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's another clear blue skies and sunshine start to the day. The bad news is that the stiff and cold breeze here near the coast continues.

Coffee has been had ahead of a bike ride out, train ride home day. Just got to decide where I'm going once I've had a proper look at Wundermap to see whether the longer (known) route is compatible with the wind direction. Failing that, last night I made up a shorter route somewhere else/different, but that's a bit more awkward for the trains home.

So, well enough to come in to the office today. But still feeling a bit rubbish. Couple of paracetamol to keep me going.

Didn't cycle as didn't feel up to it.

1st bit of the train journey was fine but the connection was rammed. Driver couldn't get the door to shut behind me so needed manual intervention by me. Roads seem to be chaos, presumably due to the tube strike, but my journey time was pretty much as usual.

Breakfast in the office.
