Oh that was hard today,sister in law took f i l out for lunch,i got stuck in to the neighbours front border,it was horrible,three barrow loads of weeds,leaves twigs,branches and bramble runners six foot at least.It was harder than i thought,so just one of three borders was weeded but to make it look nice i edged the lawn.Now i am waiting to go for my jab or jabs down at the health centre.Then the highlight a meal out a curry

WAH Lunchtime disaster
Opened the fridge door and an unopened two pints of milk descended at high speed onto the floor splitting open in the process.
Very strange weather its dry and sunny but its the Harrogate Spring Flower Show which normally means gales.

It's been a lovely day here, and warm as well for a change. I've spent a lovely chill-out day in a quiet corner of the park, just relaxing, reading, people watching and trying to write poetry. I also had an obligatory ice cream. Much better than being at work!

I will probably go home soon as I'm getting hungry and have run out of things to eat!

a birthday cake was had by all in the office yesterday . no one is eating the leftovers today, except me. there's way too much icing

5th cycling day on the trot. It's just displacement activity. The management has a little list. If I'm not here I can't do them
300+ klik this week, I'm knackered.
The easterly wind is not normal and I don't have routes to reflect it.

A Tesco trek was axed after looking at the Trolley app. Fruit juices at 6/11th of normal price dictated a triple purchase and the use of the car. Then Waitrose as I had also spotted 6 pack large Magnums at £4.75.
