Good morning from a mostly cloudy Suffolk. Coffee has been had after a very good night's sleep.
Off to Snetterton shortly - it's only an hour up the road and I don't need to be there until gone 11am so there's plenty of time to make a flask of coffee and for a quick bite to eat before I go.
I am not sure that I have any spare money, but do feel I ought to do more for charities.
I am super concerned about the levels of homelessness especially amongst those who have served in the armed forces. I have spent the morning looking at charities that I might want to support and have identified three. I'm now going to dig a bit deeper and do a bit of a beauty contest (not quite the right phrase but I expect you will know what I mean).
I'm currently sat outside Nora Batty's house having a coffee and toasted fruit teacake. It was the only café in Holmfirth with spare outdoor seats in the sun.
@Titan yer tummy - that's a positive thing to do.I'd suggest giving time to a local charity that matches your interests and/or a financial donation is more beneficial than a major charity with very well paid management who often operate for profit (surplus) more than their purpose.
