Another cloudless sky with the breeze down to gentle levels. The Heathrow approach path is from west to east so there are no flights approaching the airport overhead. It's still easterly but the Met says it will gradually wheel round to south westerly by the end of the day. That will bring a few clouds.
I have 2 radiotherapy sessions today, perhaps because of Monday being a Bank Holiday plus another blood test. My daughter and grandson will also be keeping Guys busy this morning so we will no doubt be bouncing messages back and forth to find a meet up time.

Good morning everyone. Apologies for radio silence for the past few days. Have had a hectic week.
Managed 3 cycle commutes this week; WFH today then a lovely long weekend.

Good morning from Suffolk where we appear to have lost the strong & cold north easterly breeze - at least for a short while. As a result it's sunshine, clear blue skies and warmth for a change so my arms may come out on today's outing, but I'm not sure if the world is ready to see my legs yet.
Coffee has been had and the train ticket has been purchased for today's ride which is a bit of fun planned last night - a 15 mile ride to be done in a bit more than double that zig zagging over the Stowmarket-Bury rail line with 22 different crossings. Lunch & drinks will be had at the destination and then train home.
In good news corner, the ISA interest payout has been received so this evening will be spent working out what goes where and treating myself to a few bits & pieces.
