Before bed last night, took some ibrufen, back or hips were sore..
woke up 3am, sore, couldn't get back to sleep , did the usual and didnt get up to get some more, suffered it till I got to sleep around 5.
Woke up at 7, tired..and sore, went downstairs to see the two ibrufen i 'took', sitting on the bench .
Oh, well that explains it at least

It is sunny here at the moment. Not sure what we are doing today. We might pop back into Woodbridge again. Or possibly go for a walk as there are tracks to walk along here.

Good morning from a mostly cloudy and still chilly Suffolk. Coffee has been had after a very good night's sleep.
Very little on the 'to do list for today other than some food shopping this morning and hopefully a bit of rain shower dodging on two wheels this afternoon.

Shopping done with the last couple of miles being accompanied by liquid sunshine, not helped by being stuck at a level crossing for a couple of minutes.

Decision made - with the rain radar showing this lot as heading my way, I'm going to settle in on the sofa, stick HBO Max on the TV and watch 1st practice from Le Mans.

My stomach, hips and legs are all achey. It seems very humid today which does not help. I think I will be taking it very easy for the next ten days.
