I tried saving the mouse! I even grabbed Georgie and brought him in to have treats and wet food. He then went back out caught and ate it!

Lovely morning for my perambulation, and surprisingly little traffic. School holidays I suppose.

The skip outside the house down the street has been inspected for stray Mercians or Jack Taylors, but only old wardrobes and assorted lumps of chipboard lurk within.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's a very overcast, breezy & warm start to the day. Just a few spots of drizzle here, but quite a large rain area passed to the north.

Coffee has been had ahead of a quiet day. At some point I'm either going to take a short walk up to the local station or a ride into Felixstowe to get tomorrow's train tickets printed out and then this afternoon the grass needs cutting thanks to a growth spurt after last week's rain.
