It's been a rather warm and mostly sunny day here chez Casa Reynard, with a brisk south-easterly breeze early doors.
Slept pretty well - almost eight hours after falling asleep to New Zealand v Egypt. Downstairs, fed the cat, made a

and took it upstairs to do some writing. Made good progress after not really touching things over the weekend.
Did the chores at a better hour, including some laundry. Also watered all the planters. My tomato plants are doing super well, and already have lots of little baby tomatoes.
Lovely luncheon of a cheese salad sandwich, a pear with greek yoghurt, and a small pot of tea.
Spent the afternoon working in the garden. Needed to deal with some fairly large nettles, but it's too hot to hand pull them as it's a gloves and long sleeves job. So I borrowed an implement off
@classic33 and tackled them that way.
Have had a quiet evening watching football and Deadliest Catch.
Now watching France v Iraq, and it's hosing it down over there in Philadelphia.
