Once I'd had the hot chocolate this afternoon i realised that I wasn't really hungry so took a couple of rolls out of the freezer and had them with soup later on. Instead I went out for a quick bike ride in fan oven like conditions with the fan turned up - only 20 miles but I really should have taken a bottle of drink and when I got home I was sweating from places I didn't think could sweat.

A quiet evening has therefore been had, including a salted caramel ice cream which has probably undone the good work of the bike ride.
