There's something called football happening apparently. Strange affair. Seems to involve grown men running around after a bag of air and grown men shouting at a TV screen.

I have popped out for a quick drink and a bit of music, but apparently the band aren't allowed to play until these people have finished running after their bafg of air and shouting at the TV.

I'll have to write a strongly worded letter to the editor of the local rag to object to this outrage.

I'll have to get out the green ink.

Although I had a really good time this evening, I really am going to have to stop going to big events as they just attract more people to annoy me.

At smaller gigs people are there because they want to see the band, whereas larger ones seem to be more of a social gathering for some who use the band as background music to their shouted conversations. Twice I had to move from where I was standing due to idiots.

No lights and the tyres are probably flat. Oh, and it's got a steering wheel instead of handlebars.

Probably not the safest thing to be riding through busy city centre streets when you've had a pint or several.

There's a Dawes for sale on FB Marketplace that looks (judging by the forks) like someone has rode it straight into into a tree at about 25mph!

Still asking €200 for it!

Ah - that one. I'd give it a go* as it can't be any worse than some of the modified/illegal things seen around the city centre.


* As I think I said when you bought it, I built something similar in my youth, but even less safe.
