Whilst washing up umpteen cat bowls as part of my voluntary 'duties' at the cat sanctuary I volunteer at, I saw a couple of skewbald wagtails busy eating tiny insects off the bonnet & roof of our car - !

On a serious note quite a few houses have been flooded and a lot of others have had damage caused by it all .
