Good morning from Suffolk where it's been a sunny/cloudy start to the day. Coffee has been had.

Today is domestics day - or at least it will be once I've had a late breakfast. Bedding change & wash, ironing, vacuuming, kitchen floor mopping and whatever else I can find that needs doing.

No. A yard is 90cm. Ergo 180 cm is two yards.

Am so used to doing the conversion, as the local haberdashers sell fabric and trim in metres, but cat show pens (for which I sew display drapes) are either 2ft x 2ft x 2ft or 4ft x 2ft x 2ft.

I had to learn metric for photography and bicycles.
