Good morning from warm and sunny Suffolk. Coffee has been had.

Up and about a bit early to avoid the worst of the day's heat for today's train/bike/train outing. Train out to Diss, then bike to Norwich via a convoluted route including up past Lotus in Hethel, lunch & drinks in the shade (hopefully) then the train home. A large bottle of drink will be taken and I expect to consume most of it.

Woke up, surprised I didn't have a hang - over from last night.

Stood at the back door, getting some fresh air, just watching and listening to the rain and the birds. One crow was sat on a wire underneath the eave of the house, presumably trying to stay dry. Its clearly not a day to be sat in the garden.
I said "hello" to them as I always do to crows and other animals.

Gotta get the house tidied for Thursday, but... I really can't be bothered (story of my life).

Washing machine has been emptied with contents now pegged out on the whirly gig.
