Oh I have been having fun! I have been tinkering with my Cannondale Synapse. Everything was going fine until my brother said that he was jinxed. He then seemed to have passed it onto me as nothing from then went right. Finally the gear cable on the 8 speed gear/ brake lever has now got itself wrapped round inside. I can see the nipple but it is jammed tightly.

If it isn't broken don't fix it!

First load of washing nearly done. Once the second load is sploshing around, on Night-time leccy, I'll be taking the dog out for a walk..

Good morning from a bright and breezy Suffolk. Coffee has been had - a large mug of half pod coffee and half filter as I judged how much was left in the bottom of the jar wrong again.

Really must go shopping today as I've used the last of the milk in this morning's porridge and I seem to be getting through the orange & mango squash at an alarming rate in the heat at the moment so a restock is required. Nothing else needs to be done today as far as I can remember, except for retrieving the bin when it finally gets emptied.
