Not Spa, I'm heading to Leeds to look at a Van Rysel - Decathlon's 'pro' brand as they have the only large size one left in the country. I'm at the very top end of medium or the very bottom end of large so really want to check the size before dropping a large sum of money.

It has features that would horrify many CycleChat members - it's not made of steel, you don't have to reach down to change gears and - even worse - the gears are operated by witchcraft

I may be visiting Spa Cycles later in the year just to buy some chainrings as I've a spare few hours in the area.

Ooh very nice and don't believe all that witchcraft because when the chain drops off the inner ring you will still have to manually put it back on 😁

I keep looking at a spa but it's a 4 hour return trip

Waiting to go out for lunch. We found a new cafe last week.Sundays on Harrogate Road Moortown, really nice and bright happy staff,Fish and chips or multiple other options plus great coffee which means we don't have to travel to Costa afterwards, and finally it is also an ice cream parlour, what is not to like.Today free entertainment, watching two builders not ours they have not turned up,these other two are taking a roof off,i can see a dormer must be going on,so i might have six or seven weeks of free entertainment. Not a plus just cleaned f i l's hearing aids, gross.

A breezy feels like 14° for this morning’s ride, 30 miles into West Lothian oriented to get a stonking tailwind home. Falling leaves and russet hues feeling increasingly autumnal. Seems to be a bumper year for rowan berries.
