Come home from holiday to a ton of split tomatoes on the vines. Spent an hour trimming them to dry off in the oven before freezing

Washing out in the hope the 62% chance of rain early afternoon doesn't arrive. Suppose if I don't get a bike out the chance of it not raining increases.

Had decided on a new phone for dad thats a simplified android for the elderly and actually had a decent amount of free space. £290 at Argos, Amazon did have them at £211 but now £255.

Had seen a new one on eBay at £180 which was sold very quickly so seeing one at £186 this morning purchased with his agreement.

It was also listed as offers as well as buy it now so no doubt annoyed someone who had put an offer in.

Washing retrieved as it was dry by 12.30 but the smalls were stil being retrieved when the first spots of rain occurred. Subsequently had a very heavy downpour which hopefully has washed the car. Ran cotton buds along its side window seals removing moss earlier.

Turned out surprisingly sunny this morning. Enjoyed a very pleasant 30 miles following the shore through Dalmeny and Hopetoun estates via South Queensferry. A rising westerly gave me a good tailwind for the return via Duntarvie and Kirkliston. The cloud is now building so it looks like I got the best of the day.
