Good morning from a 2nd floor hotel room in Camden Town. Today's view is non-existent as the room doesn't have any windows!

I am odd,i do not know why but that has brought a smile to my face,no piggin window.I know you come to Leeds,and we have some superb buildings.Those near the Arena and my favourite Wetherspoons,The Stick or Twist are superb.

It is our 50th Welding Aniversary today. We have been welded together for 50 years.

I just had one of those whirry-topped Waymo self-driving cars on my tail. I know that they are still being monitored but they're unnerving all the same.

Overnight bag emptied of yesterday's bits for washing, instant hot chocolate made and drunk, bladder emptied of all the morning's coffee and orange juice.

Overcast and very breezy back here in Suffolk so a quiet afternoon of catching up and F1 practice is planned.

And I'll be back there in the middle of September. Staying out to the western side as usual, but will be in the centre for lunch - don't know if it'll be the Stick or Twist or Hedley Verity yet as the choice of beer on offer on the day will be the deciding factor. Unless Beckett's Bank has Adnams Double Ghost on tap like they did when I popped up to look at a bike.
