First coat of gloss white applied to the skirting, window ledge and inner porch door. Quite clear some of the skirting had come under attack from items falling down the staircase so a touch of filler needed when it dries. Tin says recoat in 4 to 6 hours but with glosses I invariably find that needs extending somewhat.
Afternoon of strong winds, sun and sharp showers. Got completely soaked twix the car door, boot for the one item that needed a cold place and the front door. Lidl had a £5 off £30 app offer again.
Subsequently given the pong of the paint went in into town. I had decided a hole punch happy with a lot more than 4 sheets would be useful especially as I had printed out double sided 50 sheets of instructions for dads new phone. 30 sheet one purchased from a local stationary for almost half what Ryman are charging.
