Morning. It is grey and raining here.
Yesterday I went for a 7 mile ride with a friend from our group of riders. He is trying to get back into riding after getting dizzy spells. We did a 7 mile ride stopping at a duck pond at half way. The pond was just mud and the ducks were absent. My friend seemed to manage the ride well as we weren't rushing.

Good morning from Suffolk where there was a suggestion of brightness earlier, but it's gone grey overhead with a touch of mistiness.

Coffee has been had.

No rain yet, but the radar shows it as being on the way. There should be time to pop into town to pick up an order being delivered to a locker (£3 off instead of home delivery) before it gets here. For the first time in many months it looks like it's back into longer trousers and a long sleeved top for the bike ride.
