Afternoon off for a dental hygeniest appointment. 4.5 mile trek including that with the return lengthened to use the facilities at Tesco and hence the purchase of a bag of oranges around a day before necessary. The hygeniest found something odd so now a 1240 dentist appointment tomorrow.
