It was a bit of a steep learning curve yesterday. The electrician hasn't got back to us about the lights in our shower room. I thought that I I would look in B&Q for down lighters. After wandering around the shop for what seemed like ages looking for a tile saw without success I then set off looking for the lights. Up and down 3 aisles, all sorts of lights, lamp shades, floor mounted lights but no down lighters. I eventually found a member of staff who had to look it up. Eventually we found a rack of them. Right! White , fire rated or whatever, 4000K. Ah found a pair! Nope one is brushed aluminium. Ah! Another pair, nope these are 3000K! Eventually I found a pair. I got home and went to the shower room, too small! It would fall through the hole! Back to B&Q for a refund and look again. It seems that they are all smaller these days. I then went to Wickes to see what they had. At least I found a tile saw. I returned home exhausted, had lunch and a nap.
